Does Oylaa require proprietary hardware?
No. Oylaa runs directly in modern web browsers and native web wrappers on standard iPads, Android tablets, touch terminals, Windows POS PCs, and thermal receipt printers (ESC/POS compatible over LAN, USB, or Bluetooth).
How does the platform handle internet outages?
Oylaa incorporates local caching mechanisms. Your staff can continue taking orders, punching KOTs, and printing customer checks even if your broadband connection temporarily drops. Data automatically reconciles once your connection restores.
What payment methods are supported out-of-the-box?
Oylaa supports direct UPI QR display (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, CRED), EDC credit/debit card swipe terminals, cash till reconciliation, and split payment tenders on a single bill.
How do tenant URLs work?
Every registered restaurant receives a dedicated subdomain on the cloud platform (e.g. your-restaurant.restro.oylaa.com). Enterprise customers can optionally configure branded custom domains.
Can we start with one outlet and add more later?
