These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the restaurant or business operator ("Customer," "You," or "Subscriber") and Oylaa ("Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our").

By accessing or using the Oylaa platform at https://oylaa.com, associated restaurant management instances at https://restro.oylaa.com, or tenant subdomains, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

To utilize the Oylaa restaurant management system, you must register for an administrative account and configure your venue profile. You agree to provide accurate, current, and verifiable information regarding your restaurant establishment.

Each registered restaurant receives a dedicated subdomain under *.restro.oylaa.com. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials of all staff members, cashiers, and managers assigned access to your instance.

Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription dues, Oylaa grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and operate our cloud software for your internal restaurant and hotel management operations.

This license encompasses point-of-sale (POS) billing, digital QR menu hosting, table layout visualization, reservation tracking, inventory monitoring, and business analytics.

Oylaa provides modular subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) and specialized add-ons. Fees are invoiced in advance on recurring monthly or annual billing cycles as mutually agreed upon in your service order.

All fees are exclusive of applicable statutory taxes (such as GST), which will be itemized on official tax invoices. Failure to settle outstanding subscription dues may lead to temporary suspension of administrative access.

As between Oylaa and the Subscriber, the Subscriber retains sole ownership of all transaction logs, guest order data, menu catalogs, and pricing recipes submitted to the platform ("Customer Data").

Oylaa employs industry-standard encryption, role-based database multi-tenancy, and automated backups to safeguard your operational data.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Oylaa platform. You shall not use the service to process fraudulent transactions or violate applicable local hospitality and financial regulations.

All software architectures, user interfaces, branding, proprietary algorithms, and visual designs associated with Oylaa are the exclusive intellectual property of Oylaa.

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at the conclusion of their active billing term through their administrative console or by contacting our team. Upon termination, you will be provided an export window to extract your operational transaction logs.

The Oylaa platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and implement offline billing synchronization, Oylaa shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental operational losses arising from telecom outages or third-party payment gateway disruptions.
